1252 Mining pressure gauge with stainless steel case is for Measuring pressure of gas or liquid which is non-corrosive, explosive and no crystallization, precipitation. The most notable character is they can test pressure properly even installed on violent vibration machine or equipment.

Applicable Hydraulic shoring commonly used in long wall mining.

Model 1252 are made of forged stainless steel case and crimped ring. Polycarbonate window. brass inside and one piece connection. We have dial size 40mm and 50mm. DN 10 quick connect with 90 Durometer Buna N sealing o-ring and PTFE washer,bottom connection.

It is a bourdon tube pressure gauge, with phosphor bronze bourdon tube and brass movement.

The accuracy is 2.5% full scale.

The mounting can be direct mount (lower mount and back mount), panel mount, flush mount. It has big variety for mounting, which is suitable for all type of installation.

The process connection is available for 1/8”, 1/4”, 3/8”, 1/2”, thread in BSP, NPT, BSPT etc. Special thread is for option.

Pressure range from vacuum to 1bar to 700bar/psi.

It is suitable for indoor use with IP43.

The ambient temperature is suitable for -40+60 deg C.

The working temperature for standard use is -20+70 deg C. For heating industry like steam, please inform us when order, we can make up to +130 deg C with special soldering material.

It is normally filled with glycerin. So we also call it glycerin filled pressure gauge. Glycerin can work at temperature from -20+70 deg C, which is commonly used for damping. If we fill Silicone oil, we called it silicone oil filled pressure gauge. Silicone oil is recommended for low pressure and high temperature applications. We recommend to use silicone oil filled pressure gauge for as low as -40 deg C, and as high as +130 deg C working media or ambient temperature zones. It is often used in very cold weather.
