1220 Glycerin filled pressure gauge is very good vibration and shock resistance with cost-effective. This type is for gaseous or liquid media that are suitable to the wetted parts material of the measuring element. It is approval for the shipbuilding industry, air compressors, HVAC, hydraulic system, water pumps, machine, high humidity applications etc.

Model 1210 are made of 304 stainless steel case and bayonet ring, brass inside and connection, with toughened glass window. Nominal dial size is 50mm, 63mm, 80mm, 100mm.

It is a bourdon tube pressure gauge, with phosphor bronze bourdon tube and brass movement.

The accuracy is 2.5% or 1.6% full scale.

The mounting can be direct mount (lower mount and back mount), panel mount, flush mount. It has big variety for mounting, which is suitable for all type of installation.

The process connection is available for 1/8”, 1/4”, 3/8”, 1/2”, thread in BSP, NPT, BSPT etc. Special thread is for option.

Pressure range from vacuum to 1bar to 600bar/psi.

It is suitable for indoor use with IP43.

The ambient temperature is suitable for -40+70 deg C.

The working temperature for standard use is -20+70 deg C. For heating industry like steam, please inform us when order, we can make up to +130 deg C with special soldering material.

It is normally filled with glycerin. So we also call it glycerin filled pressure gauge. Glycerin can work at temperature from -20+70 deg C, which is commonly used for damping. If we fill Silicone oil, we called it silicone oil filled pressure gauge. Silicone oil is recommended for low pressure and high temperature applications. We recommend to use silicone oil filled pressure gauge for as low as -40 deg C, and as high as +130 deg C working media or ambient temperature zones. It is often used in very cold weather.
