1323 Laser welded all stainless steel pressure gauge is for gaseous and liquid aggressive media that are not highly viscous or crystallization, also in aggressive ambience.

With liquid filed version for high dynamic pressure vibration. Process industries including chemical plants, petrochemical refineries, pharmaceutical, food and beverage processing, offshore oil platforms, paper-mills, salt mines, fertilizer plants and on shipboard.

Model 1323 are made of 304 stainless steel case and bayonet ring, stainless steel inside and connection. Laser welding between case and connection. Nominal dial size 63mm, 100mm, 150mm, 160mm.

It is a bourdon tube pressure gauge, with High-quality stainless steel materials bourdon tube and movement.

The accuracy is 1.6% or 1.0% full scale.

The mounting can be direct mount (lower mount and back mount), panel mount, flush mount. It has big variety for mounting, which is suitable for all type of installation.

The process connection is available for 1/8”, 1/4”, 3/8”, 1/2”, thread in BSP, NPT, BSPT etc. Special thread is for option.

Pressure range from vacuum to 1bar to 2500bar/psi.

It is suitable for indoor use with IP65.

The ambient temperature is suitable for -40+60 deg C.

The working temperature for standard use is -20+70 deg C. For heating industry like steam, please inform us when order, we can make up to +200 deg C with special soldering material.

It is normally filled with glycerin. So we also call it glycerin filled pressure gauge. Glycerin can work at temperature from -20+70 deg C, which is commonly used for damping. If we fill Silicone oil, we called it silicone oil filled pressure gauge. Silicone oil is recommended for low pressure and high temperature applications. We recommend to use silicone oil filled pressure gauge for as low as -40 deg C, and as high as +130 deg C working media or ambient temperature zones. It is often used in very cold weather.
